Payment
To place an order, you may do so via our secure, on-line e-commerce site. You also have the added options to
1) fax your credit card info to 847-438-4809, including your account #, exp date, and 3-digit security code (found above your signature); 2) phone in your credit card info to 877-653-2276; or 3) mail your credit card info or money order made payable to Red Ridge Fine Furniture to 331 Kim Trail, Lake Zurich, IL 60047.
For orders over $1,000, you may opt to utilize our FlexPay program.

Note: Items listed as "On Sale" are not available for the Flex Pay Program. FlexPay program cannot be combined with any other sales programs, including Holiday discounts, rebate offers, sales tax offsets, etc.
Return Policy
- All of our furniture comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, we will refund your purchase, with the exception of "True Customized" pieces.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original packing materials and crate.
- You are responsible for paying return shipment costs.
- 20% restocking fee applies.
- 80% refund will be returned once the item(s) are sold to another individual.

* For the Rustic Log, Hickory, Western Heritage, & African furniture categories, 3 or more items must be ordered to qualify for free shipping and this applies to case goods (large items) only - dining chairs, bar stools, rockers, etc. are not included. If less than 3 items are ordered, a good faith shipping estimate will be given. Please note that until the items are made and crated, our suppliers do not know the exact weights and thus, the exact shipping costs. Furniture deliveries are made curb-side.
Product Line Info
- Orders can be changed or cancelled as long as the production of the items has not yet begun. Please notify us as soon as possible with any special requests to avoid delays.
- No two items are exactly the same even when the same item is ordered - this is what gives each piece its own uniqueness and character.*
* The Natural Burl Slab tables pictured in our gallery are the ones available for sale. Because burl slabs often differ dramatically from one to the next, even within the same tree species, we only showcase the exact tables that are available for sale.
Warranty
Red Ridge Fine Furniture hereby warranties the following product categories* to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for Life (of the original owner) or 20 years, whichever is longer**.
- Teak Hardwood
- Western Heritage Furniture (leather, cane, and precious stones not included)
- European Furniture (leather covering not included)
- Hickory Furniture (fabric, leather, & cane not included)
- Farm Country Furniture
- Rustic Log Furniture (leather, jade, and other precious stones not included)
- Amish Furniture (fabric and leather covering not included)
- African Funzi Furniture (cane not included)
- Custom Furniture
* The furniture that falls within the "Other Home Furnishings" category is not covered by this warranty program.
** The "20-year" rule applies if the furniture is transferred to an "immediate" family
member upon the death of the original owner and the elapsed time from the date of
purchase is less than 20 years. An immediate family member is hereby defined as a
parent, child, or grandchild.
Any part or piece found to be defective will be repaired or replaced solely at the discretion of Red Ridge Fine Furniture. Repairs or replacements will be made without charge. However, in the event that the entire item must be replaced, shipping & handling charges for the new item will be the customer's responsibility.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is transferable to an immediate family member (Proof of purchase required). Furthermore, the warranty may be transferred to an immediate family member while the original owner is still alive. However, the warranty period would be limited to 20 years from the original date of purchase. Also, if the item is shipped or moved from its original shipping destination by the purchaser or by an immediate family member upon transfer of ownership, the item(s) must be "professionally" packed and shipped or the warranty is hereby null & void. Note: If a claim is made under the warranty program after an item has been moved, you must provide the moving/shipping company's bill of lading that indicates the item(s) was delivered in satisfactory condition to the new location.
Furniture purchased "second hand", in an "as-is" condition, or on a closeout or liquidation basis, will not be covered under this warranty.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and does not apply where the furniture has been subjected to customer neglect, abuse, or improper care.
In the event that a defective piece needs repair or replacement, a return authorization needs to be obtained from Red Ridge Fine Furniture at 847-438-3659.
Customizations
- There is a $100 fee for custom quotes from our vendors. Before charging the fee, we will give you an upper limit estimate. If our vendor quotes out a price higher than our estimate, the fee will be returned to you if you decide not to place the order.
- The fee is credited back to you when you place the order.
- If the vendor's quote is lower than our estimate, the fee is forfeited if you decide not to place the order.
